Reminds me of my home land food, especially the vegetable bhaji and words can not describe the lamb leg.
i'm the type of person that usually don't tip but the service and the hospitality in ashoka makes me dig in to my pocket. I'll would recommend this restaurant to anyone

Ashoka never fails to impress. All the staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Food always excellent, have been visiting Ashoka for 25 years now and would not go anywhere else.

I went there with a few friends on saturday. It was busy. I always go there for an indian. But on this ocassion i was very dissapointed with the food. It was very bland. All the currys tasted similar. My friends were very dissapointed and i was very embarrased. Will not be going there again.

We have been to ALOT of Indian restaurants, all over the UK and nothing compares to the Ashoka. Fantastic food, warm welcoming staff and always a great atmosphere. Truly the best by far.

Never disappointed at the Ashoka. The food and service are excellent on every occasion. Whenever we take friends there they say it is the best they have tasted. In fact we are going to have eat there tonight!

I have been going to the Ashoka for nearly twenty years and I have always had the best quality food. By far the best Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant I have visited. Well done Mia and the team and keep it up!

Welcoming, friendly staff who give super service. Wide choice of meals always well presented. Flavours balanced and meals always of good quality - it's difficult to know which one to chose!

Glasses and cutlery always sparkling and napkins clean and attractive.

Always a good experience - well done to all the staff!

Wonderful service, reasonable prices for exquisite food in a very nicely decorated (Farrow & Ball colours I think) environment. The oasis in Bridgend's culinary desert.

My family and I have been eating Asdhoka fod for over 20years. It's the best Indian food we've tasted in the UK. Service is excellent and personalised and the staff are always very friendly.
